Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping cost calculation update as of 7/12/2026:

Due to the change in USPS commercial rate shipping effective July 12th 2026, we will unfortunately no longer be able to offer a discounted flat rate shipping option for orders over $100.

Shipping costs for all orders will now be charged at Shopify's discounted USPS weight-calculated shipping rates plus an additional $1.50 to cover the cost of packaging materials and the time to carefully package your order to ensure it arrives quickly and all items are in great condition.

This change will allow us to have the price flexibility going forward to continue to run sales and offer our products at the best possible prices!

Please note: packages are shipped from the Chicagoland area and that the weight-based shipping rate for your order will be determined by which USPS zone that your package is shipped to and can therefore vary by distance/location.

To see the shipping cost of the current items in your shopping cart calculated by weight just go to the first page of the checkout process and the cost will be displayed.  This is before you commit to buy anything and you can click back on your browser to get back to your shopping cart and continue shopping.

Shipping carriers:

Currently we only offer USPS shipping options on the website.  If you need shipping to be fulfilled by private carrier such as UPS please contact us before making your purchase

 

Express Mail:

At the moment we do not offer express mail shipping

 

Order Fulfillment Time:

Orders typically shipped either the same day or the following day.  If there will be a delay in shipping we will contact you or put a notice on the website/social media.

 

Returns/Refund Policy:

  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date of that item
  • Please contact us first to notify us of your return and why you are returning the item(s) and wait to get a return authorization
  • Returned items must be returned in their original unused condition
    • for strands of beads the strand must be uncut unless it arrived that way originally
  • Once you receive your return authorization please carefully package and return orders to the address here:

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the shipper
  • The outgoing shipping costs from the order are non-refundable
