Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Costs on domestic (USA) orders:

Shipping costs are determined by the current posted USPS postal rates plus a small amount added to cover the packaging costs.

 

International orders:

International orders will all be shipped through USPS at calculated rates plus a small amount added to cover the packaging costs.

Purchaser is responsible for any import taxes or duties.

For orders sent overseas we will have tracking numbers for all orders as proof of shipment, but are not responsible for any items lost/stolen in the mail on the way to you.  Please keep this in mind when ordering as some locations may have more or less reliable shipping than others.

 

Shipping carriers:

Currently we only offer USPS shipping options on the website.  If you need shipping to be fulfilled by private carrier such as UPS please contact us before making your purchase

 

Express Mail:

At the moment we do not offer express mail shipping

 

Order Fulfillment Time:

Orders typically shipped either the same day or the following day.  If there will be a delay in shipping we will contact you or put a notice on the website/social media.

 

Returns/Refund Policy:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to notify us of your return and why you are returning the item(s) and wait to get a return authorization
  • Returned items must be returned in their original unused condition
    • for strands of beads the strand must be uncut unless it arrived that way originally
  • Once you receive your return authorization please carefully package and return orders to the address here:

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the shipper
  • Order Shipping costs are non-refundable
